Business Development Representative
Logicbroker is looking for someone who has the passion for sales, technology, and a drive to succeed to join our Enterprise Sales Team. This individual thrives in a performance-based, customer-driven environment who has a strong desire to bring on new business. You will set the pace for our sales team and is responsible for the first impression of Logicbroker.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the world of eCommerce fulfillment including the parts played by retailers, brands, suppliers, and third-party logistics companies (3PLs)
- Research and identify prospects using Google, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, grassroots methods and prospect using outbound calls, emails, videos, and InMail’s
- Compile lists of qualified prospects and engage in high-level discussions about the benefits of Logicbroker
- Meet and exceed performance and sales metrics tracked within Hubspot
- Deliver Logicbroker messaging clearly, concisely, consistently, and constantly.
- Build a consistent, measurable, and quality pipeline, by setting meetings for sales team allowing them to concentrate on closing the right business
- Demonstrate persistence against adversity
- Show autonomy and initiative in developing skills and pipeline
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or sales/outreach-related
- Experience with outreach such as cold calling and emailing
- An entrepreneurial work style, you are a self-starter
- Be a responsible strategic risk taker
- Possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
- Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively
- Passion for technology and Logicbroker
- Bachelor’s Degree
