The process involves connecting Logicbroker’s stage environment to test all necessary documents to verify a compliant and successful integration.
 
The Logicbroker implementation team helps you through the setup process, seamlessly connecting to Belk directly. You can integrate with Belk using all standard Logicbroker options including XML, JSON, CSV, Flat file, API, or through the Logicbroker portal.

Packing Slips
Packing slips are a major component of making sure you meet retailer guidelines and maintain Belk's branding. Logicbroker automatically generates packing slips for you based on Belk's packing slip specification, allowing you to easily pick and pack your items. These packing slips can be made available through our portal, FTP site, and even our API for increased automation.
Acknowledgements
Let Belk know immediately when you plan on fulfilling their orders through Logicbroker's acknowledgement tools. Belk requires you to notify them when you receive their orders and when you plan on fulfilling it. With Logicbroker's acknowledgement tools, you can get this information back to your retailers faster, and with fewer touch points.
Cancellations
Belk requires specific cancellation requirements. Although cancellations make up a small number of the transactions with Belk, staying compliant ensures a great customer experience, especially if you are unable to fulfill an order. By using Logicbroker, you can trigger compliant cancellations exactly in Belk's specification, ensuring that you maintain the highest vendor compliance scores.
Backorders
Backordering items involves notifying Belk that specific items will not be shipped within the normal time frame. This occurs when inventory is scheduled to be in stock, but at a later date. With Logicbroker, backorders can be consolidated with acknowledgements and cancellations, giving you full control over which items you can or cannot fulfill, and reducing the amount of time needed to communicate these changes to Belk.
Shipments
Logicbroker provides shipment automation for Belk by connecting directly to your order management system or shipping system, pulling in necessary information such as container codes, tracking numbers, carrier details and estimated delivery dates to ensure Belk compliance.

GS1-128 Labels
Creating GS1-128 formatted labels for Belk has never been easier. All you need to do is provide Logicbroker with your GS1 company prefix and Logicbroker will automatically generate and manage unique SSCC-18 codes for all your containers as well as creating the labels from your shipment data. The labels are fully compliant with all of Belk's requirements and can be printed in a variety of different formats including PDF, ZPL, and PNG.
Inventory
Accurate inventory is key for vendor compliance. Belk requires that all vendors send inventory to ensure current stock levels to prevent over selling. Logicbroker provides an easy to understand format for Belk and vendors that ensures inventory compliance. Logicbroker can even customize when we will send out your inventory feed to Belk for those special business and fulfillment cases.
Returns
Successfully notify Belk when returns have been received from end-customers using Logicbroker's automated return processing. Notifying the retailer of returns is now easier than ever through the Logicbroker Portal Interface, or systematically through a fully integrated connectivity method. Logicbroker validates your return information according to Belk's specification to ensure all necessary data is provided.
Automated Validation
Logicbroker runs validation for Belk to ensure that all documents sent from your system to theirs will be compliant. Trigger compliance alerts to be notified immediately when a document does not comply with Belk's specifications.
