Craig Regan

Head of NetSuite Channel Partnership

Craig is an experienced sales professional with a passion for digital commerce and supply chain. He’s had roles at RF-SMART, a WMS for NetSuite, and is currently the Head of NetSuite Channel Partnership at Logicbroker. His experience with warehouse management systems and EDI allows him to solve the unique customer needs when it comes to competing in the fast-paced world of digital commerce. Craig graduated from Quinnipiac University with a degree in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management. In addition to working at Logicbroker, Craig enjoys watching soccer, cooking, and listening to podcasts.

Ed Kobloth

Director, Product Management

Ed has extensive experience in B2B integrations and process automation in the eCommerce space. Having implemented hundreds of partner and system integrations using a wide range of technology protocols and data format types, he has helped develop a SaaS platform at Logicbroker, with the mission to connect all B2B partners seamlessly and efficiently. His system knowledge ranges from large-enterprise ERPs, OMS, and eCommerce platforms to small accounting programs. The integration of apps and automation of processes has been his passion and he strives for a day “where we stop asking if a company’s order, and product management systems connect to another’s–we know they do.”

Born and raised in Yonkers, NY, he studied at Lehman College in the Bronx with a BS in Accounting. In addition to working at Logicbroker, you can find Eddie writing and recording some music or at a punk rock show. He collects funny hats and has an obnoxious cat named Benjamin.

Niki Antonelli

Director, Partnership Strategy

Niki joins Logicbroker with an extensive background in merchandising and eCommerce strategy assisting companies accelerate revenue and profit growth. Her knowledge of digital product management, purchasing, inventory management, and sales operations has led her to many successes. In addition, to her experience, Niki strives on developing superior client relationships. As Director of Merchandising Strategy, her role at Logicbroker includes delivering an exclusive vendor program that delivers a unified order management solution by connecting trusted retailers and trusted brands to expand their eCommerce platform and presence. In addition to Logicbroker, Niki enjoys spending time with her family and enjoying the great outdoors.

Karim Hadchiti

Chief Operating Officer

Karim has extensive leadership expertise and experience in managing and guiding companies through rapid growth. As a COO at Logicbroker, he is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for the company’s overall vision and execution. He has more than 20 years of experience delivering results in high-growth eCommerce and technology companies. He has held various executive roles with companies in the retail space, distribution, manufacturing, and internet channels. His latest position was Vice President of Global eCommerce at Office Depot, where he developed and executed the company’s global strategy for over 55 websites in 41 countries, delivering over $4.9 billion in revenue. Karim holds an MBA in finance & an MS Civil Engineering from the University of Texas and is currently on the board of several privately held companies.

Emma Cope

V.P. Commerce Revenue

As Vice President, Commerce Revenue at Logicbroker, Emma Cope is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of channel and partner technology programs. She has managed executive relationships and drop ship initiatives for more than 20 years, delivering eCommerce growth and driving streamlined operational efficiencies.

Prior to joining Logicbroker, Emma held account leadership roles at Salesforce, Toys R Us, and various technology companies where she was responsible for managing the health and growth of enterprise-level retail, financial and consumer goods companies. In addition to her industry experience, Emma was a management consultant with Accenture and holds degrees in Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Information Systems from Babson College.

Jim Ransier

Director, Client Delivery

As Director, Client Delivery, Jim works with some of our key enterprise clients as they integrate with the Logicbroker platform and bring on their vendors through onboarding. He has 20+ years of creating and leading departments ranging from Operations to Creative Services, with a specialty in start-ups and e-commerce operations. Taking that experience, he joined Logicbroker to keep doing what he loves most professionally: help clients develop & deliver on their vision.

Prior to Logicbroker, Jim has been a leader in multiple start-ups, including Zulily, Zebit, ProFlowers and RedEnvelope, with a focus on scaling teams through exponential growth while improving client, customer and employee experiences. Outside of Logicbroker, Jim loves to travel, particularly with friends and family. His favorite movie is E.T., he loves waterfalls and thinks Mary Poppins is an IDEAL role model for business.

George Heudorfer

Chief Digital Officer

As Chief Digital Officer, George is responsible for driving Logicbroker’s digital transformation strategy and execution globally. This includes setting a direction firmly centered on delivering client value across Logicbroker’s CX, Implementation, Client Success, and Account Management organizations. He feels it is a true honor to lead a group that inspires him every day and challenges him to rethink what is possible when a passionate team and the best of technology converge.

A digital commerce consultant with expertise in developing operational excellence, George is a trusted adviser with a strong command of the eCommerce ecosystem. He has held executive and GM roles for companies such as Quick-Link Information Services and Nordic Track, where he led high-performing sales and marketing units. He believes in a an open, mentorship, and inclusive management style that builds strong autonomous management teams that communicate and leverage each other’s strengths. George holds a BS in Business Administration and MBA from The University of New Haven.

Becca McCarthy

Director, Marketing

Becca has a passion for brands and analytics. She brings expertise from working with Fortune 1000 brands and helping them sell directly to consumers online. An avid online shopper, Becca is thrilled to be a part of Logicbroker and help clients provide a better shopping experience for their consumers. As the Director of Marketing at Logicbroker, Becca focuses on building out the Logicbroker brand, strategic partnerships, and bringing customer success stories to light while keeping a pulse on industry trends and best practices.

Becca holds a BA in Communications and English from the University of Connecticut. Outside of work, Becca enjoys cooking, Jeopardy!, and spending time at home with her husband, son and their two dogs, Zulu and Luna.


Blair Hall

Senior Director, Client Delivery

Blair Hall comes to Logicbroker with a degree in sports management from the University of New Haven, where she was an Academic All American softball player. Combining her experiences as a successful college athlete with her work in the sports industry at ESPN, she learned the incredible power of team, hard work and dedication. Blair has taken those lessons and applied them to her years working in client management. Her customers have included top companies within the worlds of finance, entertainment and retail.

Now as Senior Director of Client Delivery, Ms. Hall is responsible for overseeing the onboarding support for all Logicbroker customers. Blair takes special pride in creating an atmosphere of service that transcends mere support. She and her staff are committed to establishing a rapport that ensures each client feels both heard and appreciated.
Blair is grateful for her family’s support of her commitment to make Logicbroker a special place and is just as thankful for Logicbroker for always reminding her that family comes first.
