Sucharita serves digital business strategy professionals. She is an expert on eCommerce, omnichannel retail, consumer behavior, and trends in the online shopping space. She is also an authority on technology developments that affect the online commerce industry and vendors that facilitate online marketing and merchandising.
In her research, Sucharita covers such consumer-oriented topics as eCommerce forecasting and trends, merchandising best practices, conversion optimization, and social computing in the retail world. She has also authored "The State Of Retailing Online," a joint study conducted annually with NRF.
As chief executive officer at Logicbroker, Mr. Zamani is responsible for creating, leading, and executing the company’s strategy and vision. He has over 20 years of experience delivering ecommerce, technology and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products and solutions to small businesses and Fortune 500 companies. Throughout his experience, he has held various executive roles on the business and technical sides for companies such as Pitney Bowes, U.S. Web, and Office Depot. Prior to running Logicbroker, he was the Senior Director of Sales, Support, and Operations at Office Depot and was acting COO of the technology selling division overseeing eCommerce, IT, product management, marketing, pricing, supply chain, call center, and presales support. Mr. Zamani holds a B.S. in Computer Science and an MBA with the highest academic degree from the University of Connecticut. He also carries various technical certifications on Microsoft platforms.
Becca has a passion for brands and analytics. She brings expertise from working with Fortune 1000 brands and helping them sell directly to consumers online. An avid online shopper, Becca is thrilled to be a part of Logicbroker and help clients provide a better shopping experience for their consumers. As the Director of Marketing at Logicbroker, Becca focuses on building out the Logicbroker brand, strategic partnerships, and bringing customer success stories to light while keeping a pulse on industry trends and best practices.
Becca holds a BA in Communications and English from the University of Connecticut. Outside of work, Becca enjoys cooking, Jeopardy!, and spending time at home with her husband and their two dogs, Zulu and Luna.
Blair Hall comes to Logicbroker with a degree in sports management from the University of New Haven, where she was an Academic All American softball player. Combining her experiences as a successful college athlete with her work in the sports industry at ESPN, she learned the incredible power of team, hard work and dedication. Blair has taken those lessons and applied them to her years working in client management. Her customers have included top companies within the worlds of finance, entertainment and retail.
Now as Senior Director of Client Delivery, Ms. Hall is responsible for overseeing the onboarding support for all Logicbroker customers. Blair takes special pride in creating an atmosphere of service that transcends mere support. She and her staff are committed to establishing a rapport that ensures each client feels both heard and appreciated.
Blair is grateful for her family's support of her commitment to make Logicbroker a special place and is just as thankful for Logicbroker for always reminding her that family comes first.
As Senior Manager, Client Delivery, Jim works with some of our key enterprise clients as they integrate with the Logicbroker platform and bring on their vendors through onboarding. He has 20+ years of creating and leading departments ranging from Operations to Creative Services, with a specialty in start-ups and e-commerce operations. Taking that experience, he joined Logicbroker to keep doing what he loves most professionally: help clients develop & deliver on their vision.
Prior to Logicbroker, Jim has been a leader in multiple start-ups, including Zulily, Zebit, ProFlowers and RedEnvelope, with a focus on scaling teams through exponential growth while improving client, customer and employee experiences. Outside of Logicbroker, Jim loves to travel, particularly with friends and family. His favorite movie is E.T., he loves waterfalls and thinks Mary Poppins is an IDEAL role model for business.
Born and raised in Connecticut, but now living in the Washington DC area, Jeff Keltz is an expert regarding data-driven decisions. His passion for analytics is evident in the way he approaches problems, and how he visualizes solutions. Jeff’s diverse knowledge and understanding includes Computer Programming, Databases, Data Visualization, and Client Delivery. He is a technology-driven people-person, who loves to see brands succeed.
Jeff’s expertise is using available technology to be flexible and efficient. Recently, he has helped large and small brands alike go from eCommerce “newbies”, to technology connoisseurs. Always leveraging data in his decisions, Jeff finds ways to assist brands increase their success, understanding, and positive reputation within the market.

Craig is an experienced sales professional with a passion for digital commerce and supply chain. He’s had roles at RF-SMART, a WMS for NetSuite, and is currently the Director of Sales at Logicbroker. His experience with warehouse management systems and EDI allows him to solve the unique customer needs when it comes to competing in the fast-paced world of digital commerce. Craig graduated from Quinnipiac University with a degree in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management. In addition to working at Logicbroker, Craig enjoys watching soccer, cooking, and listening to podcasts.
Ed has extensive experience in B2B integrations and process automation in the eCommerce space. Having implemented hundreds of partner and system integrations using a wide range of technology protocols and data format types, he has helped develop a SaaS platform at Logicbroker, with the mission to connect all B2B partners seamlessly and efficiently.
His system knowledge ranges from large-enterprise ERPs, OMS, and eCommerce platforms to small accounting programs. The integration of apps and automation of processes has been his passion and he strives for a day “where we stop asking if a company’s order, and product management systems connect to another’s–we know they do.”
Born and raised in Yonkers, NY, he studied at Lehman College in the Bronx with a BS in Accounting.
In addition to working at Logicbroker, you can find Eddie writing and recording some music or at a punk rock show. He collects funny hats and has an obnoxious cat named Benjamin.
