“We had a few strong retail partnerships, including Perigold, but we were managing those orders manually—keying them into Shopify and then integrating into NetSuite,” said Lindsey Warren-Shriner, Senior Director of Strategic Operations at Simon Pearce. “It wasn’t sustainable, especially as we looked to grow.”

While the team continues to build out additional integrations, they’ve already seen a major shift in operational efficiency—and it’s freed them up to focus more on quality growth.

As Simon Pearce looks to the future, the focus is on intentional expansion—working with a curated set of retailers that align with the brand’s luxury positioning.
“We’re not going after every retailer. We have a pretty targeted list,” said Warren-Shriner. “But now, with Logicbroker, we can scale those relationships much more easily and don’t have to worry about the operational burden.”
