After doing some soul-searching in 2009, I realized I wanted to be part of a cutting-edge company, so I began Logicbroker. I knew the eCommerce, drop ship, and marketplace space really well and became fascinated by the supply chain and emerging technologies. Today, Logicbroker reaches all that and more. Logicbroker impacts not only our employees but also our clients and partners [empowering them] to be in charge of their future and innovate for the people they care about.
With over 30 years of experience delivering modern eCommerce, drop ship, and marketplace solutions for both small businesses and Fortune 500 companies, Peyman Zamani is Logicbroker’s Chief Executive Officer. As CEO, Peyman is responsible for creating, leading, and executing the company’s strategy and vision. An entrepreneur at heart, Peyman enjoys empowering companies and people to innovate and make impacts to the individuals that matter most to them. Under Peyman’s leadership, Logicbroker has become the limitless supplier of Drop Ship and Marketplace solutions for both retailers and suppliers.
Peyman holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut and serves on the advisory board for UConn’s Computer Science Department. Peyman mentors his town’s FIRST robotics team and, on his rare days off, enjoys collecting vintage wines while traveling with his wife, three boys, and their dog.

Brian Schmidt
Chief Operating Officer

With more than 20 years of experience delivering go-to-market SaaS solutions, Brian Schmidt is Logicbroker’s Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Brian is responsible for helping build a stronger connection with our customers, learning what they need to succeed, and helping facilitate those connections at Logicbroker. Valuing trust and empathy above all else, Brian works closely with customers to build long-term relationships that extend beyond the sale.
Brian graduated from Saint Joseph’s University and loves spending his free time with his wife and four teenage children. A product of large families on both sides, the Schmidt household enjoys getting out on the Atlantic Ocean to enjoy the water.

Karim Hadchiti
Chief Financial Officer
Rome was not built in a day. Most successful companies take a long time to get there. The key at Logicbroker is we keep moving, learn from our mistakes, adapt, evolve, and never quit!
Co-founder and Chief Financial Officer, Karim Hadchiti, wears many hats for the Logicbroker team. As CFO, Karim oversees all financial, legal, and security matters related to the company. Whether it’s devising company strategy or implementing policies to promote Logicbroker’s vision and culture, he prides himself on the trust and transparency Logicbroker has built with all of its stakeholders. Karim values Logicbroker’s tireless drive to perform and win not only with its customers but also with its employees whom he refers to as “the backbone of our success.”
Karim holds an MBA in finance and an MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and has worked in the eCommerce industry for over 20 years. When he gets a break from work, Karim enjoys traveling the globe with his wife and two kids, golfing, and spending time with close friends.

Emma Cope
Senior Vice President of Commerce Revenue
My favorite times are when 'ah-ha' moments happen as people realize Logicbroker really can solve their supply chain challenges and help them profitably grow. Logicbroker is the real deal, bringing tremendous value to organizations.
As one of Logicbroker’s original sales executives, Emma Cope is now our Senior Vice President of Commerce Revenue. Emma is responsible for leading the sales organization at Logicbroker which includes enterprise sales, business development, and inside sales teams. Emma has over 20 years of experience throughout the eCommerce ecosystem and now guides her teams, our customers, and the industry on embracing advanced drop ship and marketplace solutions. A four-year veteran of Logicbroker, Emma values trust, transparency, and integrity, knowing our users will have an amazing experience with our team and our technology.
A Babson College alum, Emma spends as much time as possible with her husband and three children. With two off in college, Emma bounces between college rugby games, cheerleading competitions, or traveling the globe in search of unique architectural marvels.

Blair Hall
Vice President of Client Experience
We always have our employees’ backs. I saw this quote recently, and I’ve been using it a lot lately when talking to people here at Logicbroker: ‘If people around you are afraid of making mistakes you will never truly get the best out of them.
As Logicbroker’s living knowledge base and a leader of three key teams, Blair Hall was one of the original employees at the company. She began her Logicbroker career 9 years ago and has helped in a variety of roles before becoming Logicbroker’s Vice President of Client Experience. Blair is responsible for overseeing the CX Operations and Onboarding teams, as well as the newly formed Client Success team at Logicbroker. Blair is Logicbroker’s shining star for new and prospective customers. She credits her time as a student athlete for instilling a deep-rooted mindset of team collaboration and dedication in all aspects of her work.
Blair holds a Leadership Certificate from Cornell University. When she isn’t meeting with new customers, Blair loves spending time with her husband of 13 years and her two daughters. Assuming she isn’t taking calls from their family RV, Blair will most likely be exploring new places or coaching her daughters in softball.

Chip Sockwell
Vice President of Product Management
You hear it a lot, but company culture makes a big difference if you’re having a bad week. I love the problem set we are trying to solve and working with the Logicbroker team every day. I am here because I want to be here.
As one of Logicbroker’s longest-standing employees, Chip Sockwell brought over 20 years of experience in software engineering and architecture and is now our Vice President of Product Management. As VP of Product Management, Chip is responsible for being the voice of the eCommerce industry while steering our company and functionality in the right direction. Chip works closely with our customers to ensure our products, design, and strategy match their needs. In the beginning, Chip helped design and build Logicbroker’s API and cloud technology.
Chip graduated from the University of Connecticut and can now be found either soaking up the sun on a Florida beach or enjoying a relaxing cruise through warm waters on his boat.

Tyler Christensen
Vice President of Marketing
What’s always fueled me in my career is working with brands that are solving business problems for owners and consumers everywhere. Logicbroker’s product is there; Now it’s about growing awareness around who we are as a brand and how we can help solve the problems our customers are currently facing.
Over the last two decades, Tyler Christensen has created and delivered transformative marketing strategies and campaigns for blue-chip brands like PayPal, Walt Disney, and AMEX. Tyler is Logicbroker’s Vice President of Marketing. As VP, Tyler will help grow awareness for Logicbroker’s solutions and platform that help our customers simplify and grow their business while generating more revenue. Tyler challenges himself and his team to explore ways to highlight how Logicbroker helps customers solve problems all while expanding their operations.
Tyler graduated from Brigham Young University and has lived on both coasts of the United States. He currently spends his time in Southern California with his wife and 4 young children acting as “a shuttle service” for all his kids’ activities. You can find Tyler on his time off exploring new places or spending time outdoors with his family.

Craig Regan

With a passion for keeping everyone focused, excited, and involved, Craig Regan is Logicbroker’s Vice President of Strategic Accounts. Craig acts as one of Logicbroker’s premier brand ambassadors, helping current and potential partners explore what Logicbroker has to offer. After seven years with the company in a variety of roles, Craig helps our users innovate and grow their Drop Ship and Marketplace programs. Craig’s passion for connecting with people has helped focus our vision and voice for those looking for unique solutions to modern eCommerce challenges.
Craig is a Quinnipiac University alum and lives in Connecticut with his wife and dog. If he isn’t on the road at one of our latest events, Craig can be found watching soccer or managing his charcoal smoker in the backyard, perfecting the art of barbecue.

Steve Norris
Vice President of Digital Commerce
I pride myself on helping organizations achieve transformative business results through technology. I like to get my hands dirty and work alongside my team. Sales engineering is hard work because you are involved in many aspects of the business, but at the end of the day it all comes down to doing what you say you’re going to do and doing it well.
With a 20-year career built in eCommerce supply chain and commerce network technologies, Steve Norris is Logicbroker’s Vice President of Digital Commerce. As VP, Steve is responsible for leading a team of sales engineers that support the sales and customer success teams by providing both strong technical acumen and ever-evolving eCommerce and supply chain industry knowledge. Steve and his team act as Logicbroker’s core knowledge base helping customers and prospects get the most value out of Logicbroker’s platform. Steve prides himself and his team on being the glue that holds Logicbroker’s systems together melding the theoretical with the practical.
Steve has a degree from DeVry University. He can be found in his free time working out a tune to his latest song or enjoying a new craft beer. Steve has played a variety of cool venues including The Bluebird Cafe in Nashville.
