Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated BDR with a few years of customer-facing experience to launch a career in enterprise SaaS sales. This role offers direct exposure to executives at leading global brands and retailers, hands-on training in modern SaaS sales and ABM prospecting, and a clear path to growth into an Account Executive role and beyond. Ideal candidates bring curiosity, grit, and creativity to a team committed to professional development and long-term success.

What You’ll Do:
  • Understand the ecommerce ecosystem including retailers, brands, suppliers, and 3PLs
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to run ABM campaigns that generate meetings and pipeline
  • Prospect across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video with scrappy, multi-channel outreach
  • Research accounts, spot opportunities, and start smart conversations with executives
  • Build trust with senior leaders and set up qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Consistently hit and exceed goals around meetings booked and pipeline created
What We Need:
  • 0–4 years in a customer-facing role (sales, service, BDR/SDR, etc.)
  • High EQ with strong listening and communication skills
  • Curious, driven, and motivated by hitting targets and earning commission
  • Scrappy, proactive, and not afraid to get your hands dirty
  • Comfortable with modern sales tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo
