You’ll define and execute our infrastructure roadmap while partnering closely with engineering, security, IT and product teams. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who can both guide the vision and get deep into the details when needed.
What You’ll Do:

- Cloud Infrastructure: Own the design, implementation, and scalability of our AWS-based infrastructure, including networking, compute, storage, and Kubernetes-based orchestration.
- Reliability Engineering: Ensure high availability, performance, and resilience of Logicbroker’s production systems across services and environments.
- Platform Security: Collaborate with InfoSec to automate security best practices, vulnerability management, and compliance controls (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.).
- CI/CD Ownership: Evolve our CI/CD pipelines for rapid, safe, and reliable deployments across all engineering teams.
- Observability: Drive improvements in monitoring, logging, and tracing using modern observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry).
- Cost Optimization: Proactively manage cloud cost efficiency while ensuring performance and redundancy standards.
- Disaster Recovery & Incident Response: Lead DR planning and participate in incident reviews and blameless postmortems.
- Cross-functional Partnership: Work closely with Product and Engineering leaders to support platform evolution and delivery velocity.
- Automation & Innovation: Promote infrastructure-as-code, policy-as-code, and intelligent automation across the platform.
What We Need:
- 10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure or SRE/Platform roles, including 5+ years in technical leadership or management.
- Proven success leading high-availability, large-scale infrastructure in Azure or other major cloud environments.
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud-native application delivery.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi, Helm) and GitOps workflows.
- Strong understanding of networking, IAM, service mesh, and zero-trust principles in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with incident management, SRE principles, and building operational playbooks.
- Strong programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python, Go, Bash, PowerShell).
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Passion for automation, platform resilience, and scaling systems intelligently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
