Senior Product Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Sr. Product Manager. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, a proven ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to delivering results with accuracy and efficiency. This role requires a collaborative mindset, adaptability in a dynamic environment, and a passion for contributing to the success of both the team and the organization as a whole.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead strategic planning, roadmap development, and execution across one or more product domains, ensuring that solutions not only meet current business needs but also serve as building blocks for future improvements.
- Conduct deep market, customer, and competitive analysis to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities, and translate these insights into actionable product strategies that strengthen our position in the commerce ecosystem.
- Decompose complex programs into clear, incremental deliverables, ensuring teams can execute long-term projects effectively while consistently delivering measurable value.
- Author detailed Epics and User Stories, providing comprehensive narratives, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation that guide development teams through planning, grooming, and delivery.
- Communicate product vision, outcomes, and performance metrics to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Present and demonstrate new product functionality to stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and customers.
- Mentor and guide other product managers, contributing to the growth of the product management discipline and building toward organizational leadership.
What We Need:
- Experienced product leader with 5–7+ years in Product Management, including senior-level ownership of complex product domains.
- Deeply familiar with commerce operations, with proven experience managing products in the e-commerce ecosystem, particularly around product catalogs, inventory management, order management, and fulfillment workflows.
- End-to-end product thinker, with a strong grasp of both the product life cycle (catalogs, listings, promotions) and the order life cycle (placement, routing, fulfillment, servicing).
- Entrepreneurial and customer-centric, with a track record of translating customer pain points into innovative, high-impact solutions.
- Technically fluent, with the ability to dive deep into system architectures, APIs, and integration tradeoffs, working side by side with engineers to shape solutions.
