Meet Sara Moore, Logicbroker’s New VP of North American Sales

We’re thrilled to welcome Sara Moore to the Logicbroker team as our Vice President of North American Sales.
With over three decades of experience in enterprise software and a deep-rooted passion for digital commerce, Sara brings strategic vision, leadership excellence, and a people-first mindset to our organization. As she steps into this exciting new role, we sat down with her to get her perspective on the current state of eCommerce, what fuels her passion for the industry, and how she spends her time when she’s off the clock.
Let’s get to know Sara.
What is the biggest challenge facing eCommerce right now, and how might it be addressed?
The current economic environment, marked by inflation, cautious consumer spending, ongoing supply chain volatility, and global trade tension, is creating a complex and high-stakes landscape for eCommerce.
Consumers are becoming more price-sensitive and selective, which is lengthening buying cycles and increasing demand for value-driven experiences, flexible fulfillment, and seamless service across all channels.
From the retailer and brand perspective, there’s growing pressure to balance customer expectations with margin protection. Cost optimization is a top priority, but so is maintaining agility and innovation in how products are sourced, sold, and delivered.
A key factor influencing this dynamic is the escalating cost and risk of global sourcing, particularly due to rising tariffs and geopolitical uncertainties. Tariff pressures, especially on goods sourced from China, have significantly increased the landed cost of products, forcing brands to rethink long-standing sourcing strategies. This has sparked a widespread shift toward supply chain diversification, as companies seek to reduce their dependency on China by exploring alternate manufacturing hubs across Southeast Asia, Latin America, and even nearshoring to North America.
At Logicbroker, we’re helping our customers navigate this economic and geopolitical complexity by enabling more agile and resilient supply chains. Our platform supports dropship and marketplace strategies that allow brands and retailers to scale product assortments and onboard new suppliers rapidly, without the operational overhead of warehousing or traditional distribution models. This flexibility is crucial when expanding into new sourcing regions or launching new sales channels.
Ultimately, the current economy is reinforcing the need for eCommerce strategies that are not only customer-centric but also globally adaptive and operationally efficient. The brands that will emerge stronger are those investing in technology, embracing supply chain diversity, and leaning into scalable, digital-first models that can flex with the market.
What do you love most about eCommerce?
I could rattle off a dozen answers from the innovation, to the pace, and back to the creativity; But after years of working in the space, I’ve realized it all comes down to one thing: the people.
There’s something special about the eCommerce world. It’s a place where a founder can launch a brand from their kitchen table and scale globally, all because the infrastructure, technology, and partnerships are there to support them. And we, as enablers and connectors, get to be part of that journey.
Every time I walk into a conference or industry event, I’m reminded of why I love what I do. I run into partners I’ve known for years, meet new players bringing fresh ideas to the table, and reconnect with customers who’ve become friends. We share ideas, war stories, trends, and yes, sometimes a drink or two. It’s real. It’s relational. And it reminds me that this industry is as much about trust and collaboration as it is about conversions and KPIs.
Working in this space, I get to collaborate with brands that are truly one-of-a-kind. Some are solving problems in incredibly niche verticals; others are global names you see in every household. But no matter the size, each one has a story. A purpose. A passion that comes through in every click, every transaction, every customer experience. Brands get to show up authentically, whether they’re selling handmade goods or high-tech gear. That’s what I love!
On a personal note, I love how my work touches my life outside the office. When your kids get excited about a brand because you mentioned it at dinner last week, it’s a reminder that what I do isn’t just business—it’s woven into everyday life. It’s fun!
As a VP of Sales, my job is to connect people, solve problems, and help brands grow. But what keeps me motivated isn’t just the numbers. It’s the relationships. It’s the energy. The passion. The people. eCommerce is more than an industry. It’s a community. It’s a family.
When you’re not working, where can we find you?
Outside of work, I’m passionate about music and love how it brings people together. I’m also a total foodie, and some of my favorite moments are spent in the kitchen cooking with my kids. Whether we’re trying out new recipes or just making a mess, it’s always quality time.
I have a deep love for travel and exploring new cultures, and I’m happiest when I’m out in nature—walking, hiking, biking, skiing, paddleboarding, or jumping on a UTV or jet ski. Adventure is my recharge, and the outdoors is where I feel most connected and alive.
