Logicbroker’s Q1 Innovations Drive Faster Supplier Connections and Intelligent Commerce at Scale

By Jager Robinson | April 24, 2025

Q1 was a fast-moving, high-impact quarter for eCommerce and Logicbroker clients. From kicking things off at NRF and Shoptalk, to helping our customers navigate global tariff challenges, the first quarter set the stage for a transformative year.

At Logicbroker, we’re focused on building tools that help our customers grow, adapt, and outperform. With enhancements across our Product Onboarding Center, On-Demand Onboarding, and Partner Management Center, plus the launch of our newest product, Data Pipeline, we’re making it easier than ever for brands and retailers to streamline operations and gain visibility across their commerce ecosystem.

Key Product Updates That Made an Impact in Q1

We rolled out a number of product improvements designed to reduce friction, surface key insights, and improve collaboration across our client’s organizations.

Reducing eCommerce Friction with Product Onboarding Center

We made several enhancements to improve usability and transparency:

  • Inventory levels are now visible directly on the product table to help retailers know the stock available for purchase without flipping between different modules.
  • Retailer exports now include error message reasons, making the issue resolution process more consolidated and increasing the speed to list the SKUs on eCommerce sites.
  • Users can now send product data to multiple retailers simultaneously, helping to minimize touchpoints and showcase products to the end customer faster.
  • Failure messages are now included on the product table for greater clarity and improved resolution times.
Building Additional On-Demand Onboarding Tools to Improve Collaboration

With improvements in Q1, the Logicbroker self-service onboarding tool is now smarter, even-more automated, and creates additional efficiencies:

  • Retailers can now increase supplier engagement through automated messages. Configure reminders to drive efficiency and reduce manual touchpoints.
  • We’ve made custom field responses from onboarding forms available via API, unlocking more integration potential and making it easier for our technical partners to build to.
Enhancing the Partner Management Center to Reflect Key Insights

A subtle but meaningful addition to the PMC is that users can now see the supplier connection type, helping clarify the nature of each partnership for internal teams.

Introducing Data Pipeline: Unified Commerce Insights, Delivered

In Q1, we launched one of our most exciting new products to date: Logicbroker Data Pipeline. As eCommerce networks grow in size and complexity, so does the need for consolidated, reliable data. Data Pipeline delivers exactly that — allowing Logicbroker customers to sync all of their order, shipment, and inventory data into their existing cloud infrastructure, unlocking true 3rd party to 1st party data synchronization.

With support for destinations like Snowflake, Data Bricks, BigQuery, S3, and others, Data Pipeline gives our clients full access to their operational data in near real-time. This enables powerful downstream analysis, custom reporting, and better-informed decision-making across the organization, not to mention an overall reduction in IT costs as well.

If you’re looking to unlock new levels of insight and control over your digital commerce program, reach out to our team to learn how Data Pipeline can help.

What’s Ahead in Q2: Strategy, Speed, and Intelligence

As we look to the next quarter, we’re focused on giving our customers more control, faster time-to-revenue, and smarter insights to drive better decisions.

Flexibility through more accessible APIs and webhook enhancements

We’re continuing to invest in making Logicbroker easier to build to. This quarter, we’ll be rolling out additional API endpoints to give customers more flexibility when integrating with our platform. We’re also enhancing our webhook select options, which will allow for broader delivery mechanisms of critical notifications, ensuring you’re always in sync with what’s happening in your digital commerce program.

Speed to onboard and go-to-market faster

One of our key themes this quarter is once again improving speed to onboard. Whether it’s a new supplier or launching on a new marketplace, we’re giving our customers more tools to reduce friction and start selling faster. These improvements will help brands and retailers expand their digital selection without sacrificing efficiency or increasing overhead.

Turning Data into Intelligence

With the release of Data Pipeline in Q1, we laid the foundation for deep, program-wide analytics. In Q2, we’re building on that momentum with our first AI-focused data initiatives. These capabilities are designed to transform the raw data flowing through Logicbroker into actionable intelligence—empowering our customers to make faster, smarter decisions across their eCommerce operations.

Other Key Initiatives

We’re also investing in foundational improvements that enhance customer trust and functionality across the platform:

  • ShipEngine Connector Improvements: We’re adding international shipping support and enhanced country code validation to make our shipping capabilities even more robust.

Looking at the Data: A Quarter of High Performance

In Q1, Logicbroker’s platform demonstrated exceptional performance and scalability:

  • 1.3 trillion API calls with zero downtime
  • 2.3 million orders resulting in 3.2 million shipments
  • Year-over-year growth across all verticals, reflecting the continued expansion of eCommerce

These metrics underscore the robustness of Logicbroker’s infrastructure and its capacity to support clients through peak periods and market fluctuations.

The Broader eCommerce Landscape

Looking ahead, the global eCommerce market is projected to reach $6.56 trillion by 2025, marking a 7.8% annual growth rate. This growth is driven by several key trends:

  • Mobile Commerce (mCommerce): Expected to account for $2.51 trillion in sales by the end of 2025, highlighting the increasing importance of mobile-optimized shopping experiences.
  • Social Commerce: Platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok are becoming significant sales channels, with social commerce projected to reach $2.9 trillion by 2026.
  • Omnichannel Shopping: Consumers are utilizing multiple channels for their purchases, emphasizing the need for integrated and seamless shopping experiences across platforms.

These trends indicate a dynamic and rapidly evolving eCommerce environment. Logicbroker’s ongoing enhancements, such as the launch of Data Pipeline and improvements to onboarding processes, are strategically aligned to help clients capitalize on these opportunities and navigate the complexities of the digital commerce landscape.
