2020 brought elevated growth to an already-expanding eCommerce ecosystem. Retailers sought to maintain inventory availability and make use of closed brick-and-mortar locations, while brands sought to connect with new customers as online shopping seemingly became the only safe option to procure necessary items. As a result, the Logicbroker platform saw tremendous growth and helped our customers adapt to the permanently changed retail landscape through fostering new connections and adopting/optimizing drop ship programs.
In 2020, the Logicbroker platform processed 15 million orders resulting in $2.2 billion GMV, all while maintaining a 100% uptime. Our robust network boasts over 6,000 connections that enable retailers and brands to connect to one another in addition to marketplaces and 3PLs.To embrace the endless aisle, Logicbroker retailer customers added 420 million new SKUs to their assortment and increased supplier counts by 92.79%. Adding expanded assortment was a business-critical initiative in 2020 as it enabled retailers to maintain inventory and expand into new verticals to maintain a competitive edge and capture more sales.
Our dedication to scalability allowed our product team to release over 300 new features last year. A majority of these features were a direct response to the needs of our customers as the year brought unprecedented changes and permanently altered the retail landscape. Consumer needs have significantly changed and our platform has adapted to empower our retailer and brand customers to respond to these needs by rolling out micro-services around: rapid product setup, vendor performance reports, data encryption, GDPR and CCPA compliances, and data validation to ensure eCommerce fulfillment happens accurately, reliably, quickly and securely.
In 2021 we have already released Learn Logicbroker, curated learning modules to walk through our platform, discover available features, and start drop shipping faster than ever before. To keep up with continued eCommerce growth, our team is striving to expedite our onboarding process to get customers live to maximize sales opportunities. We are committed to another successful year and working closely with our valuable customers to optimize their drop ship programs and enable omnichannel retail.
