In Q2 2025, our digital commerce network expanded with several key enhancements, many of which were shaped by feedback from our customers.
From API improvements to UI upgrades, these updates streamline how users onboard products, manage inventory, and control their operations in real-time.
Streamlined Product Onboarding for Dropship & Marketplace Growth
We’ve significantly enhanced the Product Onboarding Center (POC) to reduce friction for both retailers and suppliers as they bring new products to market. The experience is now faster, more flexible, and more insightful than ever.
New bulk editing capabilities make it easier to adjust large product catalogs at once, while a reworked product details UI provides a cleaner and more intuitive view of critical information. Users will also notice inventory data now visible directly within the onboarding interface, enabling more streamlined processes and confidence when listing products on your eCommerce site.
With a redesigned dashboard experience, retailers and brands can more easily monitor onboarding progress and catch issues early, driving faster time-to-shelf in both dropship and marketplace environments.
Enhancing Visibility and Control Inside the Logicbroker Portal
The Logicbroker Portal continues to be the central hub for managing day-to-day operations across the digital commerce ecosystem. This quarter, we delivered updates that make working within the portal more efficient and insightful.
Our Inventory Management page has been rebuilt with a better UI, updated templates, and new bulk editing functionality. Whether managing thousands of SKUs or just a few high-volume items, users now have more control and flexibility over product availability and stock updates.
Communication workflows also got a boost.
The Message Center now supports CC’ing external email addresses, making it easier to keep partners and third parties in the loop on key messages.
“As we talked to many of our enterprise customers, we understood how important communication is both within the Logicbroker platform and with external teams,” said Heather Sinisgalli, Logicbroker’s Director of Product. “To help support larger enterprise organizations, we included the ability to copy external email addresses in on portal messages. Meaning someone without a portal account has visibility into message exchanges with Logicbroker to ensure that communication is streamlined, and all parties are in the loop on key messages.”
Meanwhile, we upgraded the Notification Center and Scheduled Reports experience with cleaner layouts, filtering options, and digest-style summaries. And in Advanced Export, users can now enjoy more flexible settings with the ability to preview sample data columns before running a report and additional timezone options. These improvements give users faster access to the information that matters most, delivered exactly when they need it.
On-Demand Onboarding: Personalized Automation at Scale
Our On-Demand Onboarding tools are designed to help large-scale retailers and distributors quickly connect and launch new suppliers, without manual overhead. In Q2, we expanded support for:
- Additional custom fields, allowing retailers to collect more supplier data through the automated onboarding forms.
- Stage settings in production environments, making it easier to replicate configured settings to eliminating tedious manual work.
- Supplier-specific test cases, giving each partner a more relevant and accurate onboarding path.
These enhancements help enterprise brands accelerate supplier readiness while ensuring compliance with internal standards.
Stable, Flexible, and Scalable API Enhancements
After a successful beta period, Logicbroker’s v3 API is now officially supported for production use. Our new framework gives our clients more flexibility when connecting with new partners or suppliers, while providing additional automations for increased efficiency with messaging, task scheduling, and more.
Built for enterprise-grade performance, this version includes powerful new endpoints for:

- Enhanced search functionality

New Webhook Events for Smarter, More Responsive Integrations
As part of our vision for a truly intelligent order network, we’ve added several new webhook event types that allow customers and partners to respond to changes in real-time:
- Product updates from the Product Onboarding Center
- Inventory update events
- Document cancellations
- Failure notifications for better exception handling
